We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics domain. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering solutions that improve supply chain efficiency, logistics operations, inventory management, and overall business performance. Required Skills • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. • Experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Demand Planning. • Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process modeling. • Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, MS Excel, SQL. • Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT documents. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
