Job Description: CRM Architect with AI Expertise Role: CRM Architect / Technical Architect Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI Role Overview We are looking for an experienced CRM Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and AI-led solution development. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable CRM architectures, leading technical implementation, guiding development teams, and driving AI-enabled automation using Copilot Studio, agentic development patterns, MCP-based integrations, and AI evaluation frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end CRM and Power Platform solutions aligned with business requirements, technical standards, scalability, security, and maintainability. • Lead AI-enabled solution design using Copilot Studio, agentic development approaches, MCP development, AI evaluations, prompt optimization, and enterprise-grade automation patterns. • Provide technical leadership across Dynamics 365 CRM development, Power Pages, plugins, JavaScript, Dataverse customization, workflows, and integrations. • Guide teams on technical design, implementation approach, solution analysis, code quality, best practices, and delivery governance. • Architect and support deployment processes including solution packaging, pipeline development, DevOps automation, release management, and environment strategy. • Design and implement Azure-based integrations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, APIs, and .NET-based custom components. • Support data and automation needs using ADF pipelines, integration patterns, orchestration flows, and reusable automation frameworks. • Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, project managers, developers, and testing teams to translate requirements into practical technical solutions. • Review solution designs, identify technical risks, recommend improvements, and ensure successful delivery of complex CRM and AI-driven initiatives. Required Technical Skills • AI and Copilot Studio: Hands-on knowledge of Copilot Studio, agentic development, MCP development, AI evaluations, prompt design, grounding, orchestration, and AI-assisted business process automation. • Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse: Strong experience in CRM customization, configuration, plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, C#, .NET, Dataverse security, and solution design. • Power Platform: Good knowledge of Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform governance, environment management, ALM, and reusable component development. • Deployments and DevOps: Strong understanding of deployment planning, solution movement, pipeline development, automation, Azure DevOps, release governance, and environment readiness. • Azure Integrations: Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API integrations, authentication patterns, monitoring, and enterprise integration design. • Data and Automation: Good knowledge of ADF pipelines, data movement, integration automation, data transformation, and operational process automation. Leadership and Customer Engagement • Ability to guide developers, review technical designs, mentor the team, and support implementation decisions across CRM, Power Platform, Azure, and AI solutions. • Strong analytical skills to understand business problems, identify solution options, evaluate technical feasibility, and recommend the right architecture approach. • Good customer communication skills with the ability to explain technical designs, risks, dependencies, and solution recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to lead design discussions, participate in requirement workshops, support estimation, and collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in enterprise CRM architecture, Power Platform modernization, AI-enabled automation, and large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations. • Exposure to governance, security, monitoring, release management, and operational support for CRM and AI-driven enterprise solutions. • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or AI-related technologies are preferred. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a hands-on CRM Architect who can combine Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure integration, and AI expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions. The candidate should be capable of owning architecture decisions, enabling AI-led modernization, supporting complex deployments, mentoring the team, and communicating effectively with customers and leadership stakeholders.
