Job Title: Business Analyst - System Integration Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore ( 4 days working from office ) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in System Integration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with APIs, Postman, Middleware platforms, JSON, and application/interface integrations. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting end-to-end integration implementations. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes is a plus. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system integration initiatives. • Work closely with technical teams to define integration requirements and interface specifications. • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and system improvements. • Define and document API requirements, data mappings, workflows, and integration use cases. • Use Postman to validate APIs and support integration testing activities. • Create functional requirement documents (FRDs), business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows. • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions. • Support UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and resolution. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of integrations. • Assist in production support and troubleshooting of interface-related issues. Required Skills • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Strong experience in: • System Integration Projects • API Integration (REST/SOAP) • Postman • Middleware Platforms • JSON/XML • Application and Interface Integration • Requirements Gathering & Documentation • Process Mapping and Gap Analysis • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Use Cases. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Good to Have • Exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Knowledge of integration platforms and microservices architecture. • Understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and enterprise applications. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Relevant Business Analysis or Agile certifications are preferred.
