We are seeking a motivated Business Analytics Engineer to join our Business Analytics and Process Automation team. In this role, you will lead the development of integrated analytics solutions, build and optimize Power BI data models, create apps and tools using Power Apps, and design scalable data automation workflows. You will work across business functions to deliver impactful insights, applications, and reporting solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data and analytics professional to apply advanced technical skills in a fast-paced, project-driven environment while leveraging established team frameworks and best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI data models, dashboards, and reports for integrated business analytics - Build and optimize semantic models with a focus on performance tuning and efficient DAX implementation - Develop data collection tools using Power Apps and workflow automations using Power Automate and Python - Design and implement Python-based data automation pipelines - Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources including SAP, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems or cloud storage services - Develop and deliver integrated analytics solutions leveraging prior team frameworks and reusable components - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions - Monitor and sustain existing solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance and usability (approx. 30% of role) - Lead or collaborate on new development initiatives with short project cycles (1 2 months, approx. 70% of role) - Ensure data quality, integrity, and proper data governance across solutions - Maintain clear documentation of datasets, models, and workflows **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related fields - 4 5 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst or analytics engineering role in a business environment - Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization techniques) - Strong experience with building Power Apps and Power Automate flows - Strong expertise in Excel and Power Query - Proficiency in Python for data automation and scripting - Working knowledge of SQL and data-centric scripting languages - Strong understanding of data models, data structures, and data architecture principles - Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes - Working knowledge of GitHub or similar version control tools - Experience working with SharePoint for data storage and integration - Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional business processes **Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)** - Working familiarity with SAP, including ability to navigate SAP GUI and extract data - Experience developing integrated analytics solutions across multiple data domains - Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric **Power Skills** - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail - Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities - Ability to manage multiple short-term projects and prioritize effectively - Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams - Demonstrated ability to leverage existing frameworks and adapt them to new business problems Primary Work Location IND Gurgaon - Aurbis Summit Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
