The role includes shaping innovative business solutions that align with organizational goals and translating these needs into effective technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that business objectives are met with practical and sustainable outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to perform independently and become an SME. • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions. • Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements. • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet business expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan. • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions. • Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Anaplan. • This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI location. • A 15 years full time education is required.
