**Business Analyst Founder's Office (Strategy)** **Experience:** 2- 5 years **Reports to:** AVP Founder's Office **Function:** Founder's Office Strategy & Growth **About the Role** We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Founder's Office team. This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of strategy and on-ground execution, supporting leadership on key business projects while spending real time on the ground to understand operations, drive rollouts, and translate strategy into action. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who combines strong analytical thinking with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude. **What You'll Do-** - Support strategic projects through research, data analysis, and structured presentations (decks, dashboards, one-pagers) - Build and maintain trackers, MIS reports, and performance dashboards using **Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.** - Work closely with ground teams (operations, city teams, property/unit level staff as applicable) to drive implementation of strategic initiatives. - Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and data gathering to support decision-making. - Travel to ground locations as needed to observe operations, gather ground truth, and support rollout of new initiatives. - Assist in preparing leadership updates, board notes, and investor-facing material - Take ownership of smaller workstreams within larger strategic projects, end-to-end **Who We're Looking For** **Mandatory Pedigree** - **Engineering degree from IIT** (any campus) - **MBA from IIM** (any of the IIMs) - **1-5 years of professional experience** **Additional Attributes** - **Strong hands-on proficiency in G-Suite** (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) — must be comfortable building trackers, formulas, and clean presentations independently - Willingness and enthusiasm for **ground-level implementation** — this is not a purely desk-based analytical role - Strong analytical and structured thinking skills - **High ownership mindset** — comfortable taking a task from problem statement to on-ground execution - Good communication skills to coordinate across leadership and ground teams - Prior internship experience in consulting, strategy, or startup founder's office roles is a plus (not mandatory) **Why Join Us-:** - Direct exposure to founders and senior leadership from day one - Steep learning curve , exposure to both strategic thinking and real ground execution. - Fast-track growth path within the Founder's Office team - Opportunity to build a strong foundation across strategy, operations, and execution early in your career
