Agency Manager HDFC Life Insurance Locations: Wardha (Sudampuri), Chandrapur (Sapna Talkies), Gadchiroli, Brahmapuri, Nagpur (Dharampeth & Central Avenue), Bhandara, Gondia, Amravati (Jaisthamb Square), Akola (Ratanlal Plots), Yavatmal (SBI Square) and Buldana. CTC: 2.75 LPA to 5.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview Performance) Key Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Consultants. • Drive life insurance sales through the Agency Channel. • Generate leads and support advisors in customer acquisition. • Achieve monthly and annual business targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers. • Monitor advisor productivity and policy persistency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Eligibility: • Graduate in any discipline. • Experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or Field Sales preferred. • Strong communication and relationship management skills. • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales. • Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.
