The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing insurance advisors, generating life insurance business through the advisor network, and selling different types of insurance products. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/agents. Build and maintain a strong and productive advisor network. Train and guide advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and business generation. Motivate advisors to achieve their individual sales and business targets. Generate and source new life insurance business through advisors and direct business development activities. Sell and promote different types of insurance products, including Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, and other available insurance solutions. Meet customers and understand their insurance requirements. Generate leads and convert prospective customers into policyholders. Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and advisors. Achieve monthly recruitment, sales, and business targets. Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers. Monitor advisor performance and help improve their productivity.
