Hiring | Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Kotak 811 Sales Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) for the Kotak 811 Sales process. Position: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) Process: Kotak 811 Sales Employment: Direct Bank Payroll Eligibility Criteria: • Graduate candidates only • Banking sales experience is mandatory • Excellent English communication and customer handling skills • Candidates with relevant BPO/calling experience may apply. • Employment gap should not exceed 6 months • Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls for Kotak 811 and other banking products • Generate leads and acquire new customers • Explain product features and digital banking services • Manage customer follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets Work Schedule: Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Weekly Offs: 6 per month (4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays) Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Contact For More details :- HR Dhanashri - 8623012361
