Responsibilities • Provide strategic HR support and advice to business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and enable the achievement of business objectives • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored talent strategies and solutions • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations • Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and transformation Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR business partner or generalist role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry • Strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to apply them in a dynamic business environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills • Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR interventions • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
