Job Title : TIBCO Spotfire Administrator Location : Any Birlasoft Experience Level : 6–8 years Immediate joiners Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain Spotfire Server, Web Player, Node Manager, Analyst, and Automation Services. • Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, library permissions, and access controls. • Configure and support SSO, Active Directory/LDAP, SAML, SSL certificates, and platform security. • Manage Spotfire Library content, data connections, Information Links, and environment configurations. • Monitor platform health, availability, CPU, memory, logs, and Web Player performance. • Troubleshoot production incidents, connectivity issues, failed jobs, and dashboard performance problems. • Configure and maintain integrations with SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, and other enterprise data sources. • Support Spotfire upgrades, patches, migrations, deployments, backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery activities. • Automate administrative and monitoring activities using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or scripting where applicable. • Work with infrastructure, security, database, development, and business teams to maintain a stable and governed Spotfire environment. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field. • Familiarity with Life Sciences data models and standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, IDMP, SPOR, MedDRA). • Experience integrating Spotfire with ETL tools, Data Lakes, or BI platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, Informatica, Databricks, Power BI) is a plus.
