Title: IBM BPM/BAW Administrator Experience: 7 years Location: Noida Skills Required: IBM BPM/BAW platforms Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 1 month. Key Responsibilities: • Provide 24×7 Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms. • Administer, monitor, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW environments across Development, UAT, and Production. • Perform patching, upgrades, deployments, and environment configuration activities. • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform availability and performance. • Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident/problem management. • Coordinate with IBM/OEM teams for PMRs, support tickets, and issue resolution. • Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) operations, including DR drills, failover, and switchover activities between DC and DR sites. • Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, security policies, and operational procedures. • Prepare operational reports, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
