Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 39153 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI Title: Sr Manager-Finance CoE Description: Area(s) of responsibility Responsibilities Responsible and accountable for accurate and timely submission of consolidated books of accounts & financial Reports. Ensure timely issuance of Consolidated Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Schedules to the Statements as per applicable accounting standards as a part of the period-end close process to the requisite stakeholders. Compliance of SEBI LODR guidelines, data for RPT compliance. Ensuring accounting for critical aspects ESOP, Business combinations etc. Ensure extremely high standards of accuracy are maintained in representation of financial data and ensure timely and error-free statutory financial reporting Prepare the Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end to ensure accurate consolidation of financials Assist external auditors with smooth query resolution for issues related to consolidation by giving complete, timely and accurate responses to information requests Utilize existing technology systems optimally to improve overall efficiency and achieve faster delivery of the Consolidation process Provide recommendations to improve current Consolidation process by reducing overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT) of the process to improve reporting speed and efficiency Experience and Qualification Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 10+ years of experience in Financial Consolidation preferably in same/ similar industry Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles Expert in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation
