**Job Details:** **Job Title:** Business Analyst Supply Chain (Production Planning / Procurement) **Experience:** 0.6 3 Years | **Location:** Bangalore **Employment Type:** Full Time(Perm) **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Target Industry:** Semiconductor / Automotive / Heavy Manufacturing / Power plants **Job Summary:** We are seeking a high-performing **Supply Chain Business Analyst** with an exceptional academic record (**85% percentile / 85%+ marks minimum**) to bridge core manufacturing operations with ERP systems. In this role, you will map SCM processes, validate critical operational data (WIP, backlogs, forecasts), and execute UAT testing in close collaboration with IT and operations teams. **Eligibility & Academic Criteria:** - **Academic Score:** **Minimum 85% percentile (or equivalent 85%+ / 8.5+ CGPA)** in UG and PG. **Education:** - **UG:** B.E. / B.Tech in **Mechanical** or **Industrial Engineering**. - *OR* **PG:** Masters / MBA in **Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management** (if UG is non-technical). - **Experience:** 0.6 to 3 years in **Production Planning** or **Procurement** in a physical manufacturing environment (Semiconductor or Automotive strongly preferred). - **Technical Skills:** Hands-on experience with **SAP / ERP systems** + Advanced **Excel** skills. - **Analytical Aptitude:** Strong mathematical, logical, and data validation capabilities. *(Note: Profiles from pure IT Services / Software consulting will not be considered).* **Key Responsibilities:** - Map AS-IS and TO-BE supply chain process flows and draft functional specs. - Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track system defects, and support ERP go-live phases. - Audit and validate SCM master data, order backlogs, WIP, and demand forecasts. - Act as the functional bridge between business planners and internal IT teams.
