Partner with the best As a Business Systems Analyst, you will operate globally, bridging stakeholders and delivery teams to implement solutions. You will offer expert advice, foster collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of business-driven initiatives. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for: • Analyzing business problems with stakeholders, recommending scalable solutions to support organizational goal achievement. • Facilitating requirement discussions, capturing thorough business and functional needs, and presenting them effectively to stakeholders and teams. • Collaborating with developers, architects, managers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions meeting business needs • Coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and resolving user issues post go-live Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: • Have 3+ years of industry experience, and a Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent work experience • Have 2+ years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role for enterprise-class systems • Have 2+ years experience writing business and functional requirements • Have 1+ years experience with Salesforce CRM platform • Demonstrate exceptional business communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders, and internal teams About us At Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day.
