Job description

Work Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Must have Experience • 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including a minimum of three years in a senior or lead automation role. • Strong programming and automation-development experience in C#. • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, SpecFlow, NUnit, or equivalent technologies. • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification. • Proven experience designing and maintaining test-automation frameworks from the ground up. • Strong knowledge of UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies. • Experience integrating automated tests with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or comparable CI/CD platforms. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, mentoring, and technical-leadership skills. • Experience working in Agile or SAFe development environments. • Ability to use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test design, automation, and analysis. Good to have experience: • Python scripting and automation tooling. • Docker and Kubernetes-based test environments. • API testing using tools such as Postman or RestSharp. • Performance and scalability testing. • Regulated software development, preferably involving IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA requirements, or medical-device software.
