Job description

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. • Taxation & Compliance: Support in the filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and assist in audits. • Accounting Operations: Handle daily accounting entries, maintain general ledgers, and reconcile accounts. • Cost & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory valuation, conduct cost analysis, and implement cost control measures. • MIS & Reporting: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports to aid in decision-making processes. • Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations. • ERP Systems: Utilize ERP software like SAP, Tally, or Oracle for financial operations. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle), MS Excel, and financial modeling. • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities. • Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
