Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end training programs for employees across various levels, including induction, soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development. • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge. • Develop and deliver corporate trainings on topics such as safety, compliance, quality standards, and process improvements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to design customized training solutions that meet business objectives. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile • 15-20 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field. • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification. • Proven expertise in Training Delivery, Management, TNA, Soft Skills Training, Technical Skills Training, Leadership Development.
