Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products through effective sales strategies. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities. • Identify potential customers in the open market and convert them into paying clients. • Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the bank. Job Requirements : • 1-3 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in CASA acquisition role. • Strong understanding of current account savings accounts and their features. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
