About the Opportunity Shree Cement Limited is looking to connect with qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) for diverse opportunities across its plant locations, regional offices and central/corporate functions. The roles will offer opportunities to work across areas such as Commercial, Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, Business Finance, Costing, MIS, Taxation, Internal Controls, Audit, Treasury and other finance-related functions, depending on business requirements and candidate experience. We are looking for professionals who are analytical, commercially oriented and keen to build a long-term career in a leading manufacturing organisation. Key Responsibilities Depending on the role and location, responsibilities may include: • Managing and reviewing financial accounting, reporting and month-end closing activities. • Handling commercial and finance operations at manufacturing/plant locations. • Managing accounts payable, receivables, vendor accounting, reconciliations and statutory compliances. • Preparing and analysing MIS, management reports, budgets and financial dashboards. • Supporting business planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. • Managing costing, inventory accounting and manufacturing-related financial analysis. • Supporting taxation, audits, internal controls and statutory requirements. • Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to business and functional leadership. • Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, company policies and internal controls. • Working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, HR and Corporate Functions. • Identifying process improvements, automation opportunities and strengthening financial controls. • Supporting business decisions through financial and commercial analysis. Candidate Profile • Qualification: CA Chartered Accountant. • Candidates with 1–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience may be considered depending on the role. • Freshly qualified CAs with strong academic performance are also encouraged to apply. • Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of accounting and financial principles. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/ERP systems such as SAP will be an advantage. • Candidates willing to work at plant/manufacturing locations as well as corporate/central functions are encouraged to apply.
