Role & responsibilities • Identify and finalize suitable sites as per technical and business requirements • Conduct site surveys and feasibility checks • Coordinate with landowners/building owners for site acquisition • Negotiate lease rental and commercial terms • Collect and verify property ownership documents • Coordinate with Legal team for agreement drafting and execution • Obtain required internal and statutory approvals • Liaise with local authorities and government bodies • Resolve siterelated and landlord issues Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate Location: Any where in Assam and North east
