**Role & responsibilities** - Responsible for ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies. - Key responsibilities include Site Uptime management, ESH compliance, Customer Management, Site Quality & Process Compliance, Energy Management & Team Management. - Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must. - Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM/CDMA technology will be an added advantage. **Preferred candidate profile** - Qualification : **B.E /B.Tech (EEE/ECE)** - Since it is a **Field role**, own 2-wheeler & a valid Driving License is mandatory for applicants - Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure
