Job Title/Designation: Field Associate - IBS Telecom Acquisition Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual (Under the payroll of Quess Corp) Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Site Identification & Survey • Identify suitable buildings for IBS (commercial complexes, malls, hospitals, IT parks, hotels, etc.) • Conduct field surveys to assess: • Signal strength issues • Footfall and user density • Building structure and layout • Shortlist potential sites based on operator requirements 2. Site Feasibility Assessment • Evaluate technical feasibility: • Space availability for equipment rooms / IDF / MDF • Cable routing pathways • Power availability and backup options • Coordinate with RF/Design teams for feasibility inputs 3. Property Owner Engagement • Approach and negotiate with: • Building owners • Facility managers • Society associations • Explain IBS benefits (better indoor coverage, improved network quality) • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders 4. Documentation & Agreement Finalization • Collect required property documents: • Ownership proof • Building approvals • ID proofs • Facilitate lease agreement / MOU signing between operator and property owner • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies Experience: Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience is mandatory Annual CTC: Starting from INR 3.25 lakhs per annum (will be decided basis current salary) under Outsourced Partner Payroll Other Salary: Perks and Benefits : Travelling Allowances + Mobile Allowance + Incentives
