**Job Title/Designation: Field Associate - IBS Telecom Acquisition** **Employment Type:** Full Time, Temporary/Contractual (Under the payroll of Quess Corp) **Job Description:** **Roles and Responsibilities:** **1. Site Identification & Survey** - Identify suitable buildings for IBS (commercial complexes, malls, hospitals, IT parks, hotels, etc.) - Conduct **field surveys** to assess: - Signal strength issues - Footfall and user density - Building structure and layout - Shortlist potential sites based on operator requirements **2. Site Feasibility Assessment** - Evaluate **technical feasibility**: - Space availability for equipment rooms / IDF / MDF - Cable routing pathways - Power availability and backup options - Coordinate with RF/Design teams for feasibility inputs **3. Property Owner Engagement** - Approach and negotiate with: - Building owners - Facility managers - Society associations - Explain IBS benefits (better indoor coverage, improved network quality) - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders **4. Documentation & Agreement Finalization** - Collect required property documents: - Ownership proof - Building approvals - ID proofs - Facilitate **lease agreement / MOU signing** between operator and property owner - Ensure compliance with legal and company policies **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience is mandatory **Annual CTC:** Starting from INR 3.25 lakhs per annum (will be decided basis current salary) under Outsourced Partner Payroll **Other Salary:** **Perks and Benefits** : Travelling Allowances + Mobile Allowance + Incentives
