**Role & responsibilities** - Identify and finalize suitable sites as per technical and business requirements - Conduct site surveys and feasibility checks - Coordinate with landowners/building owners for site acquisition - Negotiate lease rental and commercial terms - Collect and verify property ownership documents - Coordinate with Legal team for agreement drafting and execution - Obtain required internal and statutory approvals - Liaise with local authorities and government bodies - Resolve siterelated and landlord issues **Preferred candidate profile** Any Graduate Location: Arunachal Pradesh
