Deployment Engineer - Siliguri & Alipurduar

Job Summary The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of new telecom sites. The responsibility starts once the site is assigned and continues until the site is ready for HOTO (Hand Over/Take Over). Key Responsibilities Conduct site surveys and check the site requirements and readiness. Coordinate with TSP/partners, vendors and different teams for site deployment. Coordinate and monitor civil work, tower erection, electrical activities and equipment installation. Monitor daily site activities and track the progress of the deployment. Ensure all site activities are completed on time and as per project requirements. Coordinate with concerned teams to resolve site-level issues and delays. Ensure the site is fully ready after completion of all required deployment activities. Coordinate and support the HOTO process after successful site completion. Provide regular updates on site progress to the concerned/project team. Key Requirement Experience in Telecom Site Deployment / New Build projects preferred. Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, tower erection and telecom equipment installation. Good vendor, TSP and team coordination skills. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a field-based role with regular site visits.
