**Positional Purpose** The role holder will be responsible for Infrastructure Projects, Repair & Maintenance activity for Building civil related work. The role holder will have to a part of different civil projects and take responsibility for developing Capex planning, Budget preparation & schedule planning & control. In addition of its role holder will have to manage guest house related, office furniture, plumbing, painting related job etc. Role holder must be responsible to deliver all safety norm & follow legal requirement as per BOCW norm. Role holder should have better understanding of ISO 18001 & 45001 & regularly maintain documentation. The role is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and management of all buildings, structures, and site infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations. **Strategic** - Active support of the philosophy, values and strategy of PI Industries Ltd. - Efficient contribution to the overall success of PI R&D by driving execution according to objectives and targets being set by the R&D management team - Fulfilling requirements from business (reflected in targets) and support to entire R&D Team. - Support site infra project team and other departments within the frame of given role and resources. - Support Lead Civil & infrastructure with special focus on personnel, target setting, development of strengths, building of knowhow, feedback and coaching. **Operational** - Responsible for infrastructure project and building maintenance activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations across the site. - Responsible for Civil & structural design & able to prepare details plan of civil specific for requirement like fire hydrant, Scrubber, utility piping & Equipments etc, Foundation load calculation and its design for Plant utilities and other engineering areas. - Provides input to project schedule and plans, then execute the plans under the guaidance of seniors and control over civil construction, Carpentry, Plummbing, Painting, Pipings, Structure related new & modification work. - Able to execute Site Supervision, Site Progress & all measurement verification work independelty. - Ensure proper drainage system of Storm water & effluent water , identifying risks and implementing preventive measure. - Due consideration of potential environmental hazards, structural hazards and other factors in planning stages & execution stages and suggest preventive measures. - Responsible for engineering drawing management, building Repairs and Maintenance, plumbing, guest house maintenance and Coordination with architect, consultants, designer & contractors for civil, structure, interior & exterior work. - Adhere to safety CAPA and ISO compliance: Ensure effective Implementation of PI EHS Policies on shop floor working and ensure it is strictly following and deployment of certain practices such as ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO27001 or other certifications, and /or other regulatory practices, to the extent they relate to the R&D facilities with proper documentations. - Comfortable with IT tools MS office and SAP PM, MM and PS module working. - Strict system adherence to compliance and regulations- Building stability certification, Safety norm understanding & compliance implementation, Local statutory body compliance filament, PECO related building norm for tank farm, Chemical store building norm understand & fulfilled as per Govt. body regulations and knowhow local and BOCW legal requirement . - Have Good experience to control sub-contractors and labour contractor, interanl and external service providers and his safety related requirments. - Digitalization of Civil Drawings and Making sure a complete set of documentation is being kept of all drawings of CIVIL infra of entire R&D, and is being kept up to date whenever they are changes. - Able to face various Audit (internal & external).
