Utility Operator Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Industry: Chemical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience: 2-5 Years Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Utility Operator to manage utility operations and maintenance activities, ensuring uninterrupted support to Pilot Plant, Kilo Lab, and R&D facilities. The role requires hands-on expertise in utility equipment operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to EHS standards. Key Responsibilities • Operate and maintain utility systems including HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Air Compressors, RO Systems, and Thermic Fluid Heaters. • Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities within scheduled timelines. • Monitor utility performance and ensure continuous availability of utilities for plant operations. • Plan and manage critical spare inventory to minimize downtime. • Prepare and circulate daily utility operation reports. • Drive reduction in MTTR and improvement in MTBF of utility equipment. • Ensure timely updating of maintenance records and log sheets. • Support utility overhauling, shutdown activities, and improvement initiatives. • Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Candidate Profile • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical. • 2-5 years of experience in utility operations and maintenance within Chemical or Pharmaceutical industries. • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting utility equipment. • Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and EHS requirements. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
