Paid Media Manager

Job description

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital platforms • Plan and optimise media budgets to maximise ROI and campaign performance • Lead audience targeting, remarketing, A/B testing and campaign optimization • Own WhatsApp marketing, including segmentation, journeys, broadcasts and lifecycle campaigns • Partner with Brand, Communications and Social Media teams on integrated media plans • Track performance, generate insights and drive data-led optimization • Manage media and automation partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery • Identify emerging platforms, trends and technologies to drive innovation
