About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client Service Analyst to join our US team, supporting clients on the Debtdomain platform. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across business lines and global regions, and to develop expertise in finance, banking, and high-technology. Debtdomain is a leading web-based system used by thousands of professionals in the global loan syndication market, combining CRM, bookbuilding, and secure dataroom features. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional client service and support for the Debtdomain platform, maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service, including onsite coverage, training, and support where applicable. • Collaborate with a global team of Service Analysts, working across organizational and functional departments to resolve client issues efficiently. • Effectively prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines, and escalate urgent matters to management. • Capture and channel user feedback to facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and services. • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining causes, and identifying solutions or escalating to appropriate teams. • Escalate technical issues and liaise with product and development teams. • Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem solving. • Manage multiple projects across short, medium, and long-term timelines with strong organizational skills. • Perform ad hoc duties and requests as required by the business. Qualifications & Experience: • Experience within the financial industry is advantageous, but not required. • Excellent written, spoken, and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and articulate phone presence. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Demonstrated experience with internet-based applications. Commercial Awareness & Skills: • Ability to think laterally, analyze, and question processes to drive improvement. • Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills. • Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to handle stressful customer situations with patience and professionalism. • Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Ability to review processes and suggest improvements.
