**Job Description of CLMS Off Role Executive** Years of Exp : More than 5 years Education Qualification: Graduate Language : Should be fluent in Bengali. Should understand and can speak Hindi and English as well. Desirable Candidate should have: 1. Knowledge of statutory compliance , labour laws and managing contract labour 1. Knowledge of working in labour deptt portal. 1. Handling audits by external auditor and ensuring 100% compliance in the same. 1. Reconciliation of vendors month wise compliance 1. Should have the knowledge of gatepass management. 1. Should be able to maintain all monthly MIS as per BoCW, CLRA and other applicable acts. 1. Good communication skill 1. Should have experience in Managing Contractors and dealing with them for the last 5 years. 1. Should have experience in managing Welfare facilities as well. 1. Coordinating with various deptt for organizing training programmes and other activities as per the requirement of the deptt. Should be flexible in working on other areas as well. 1. Willingness to learn with a very positive attitude. Should work in a team. 1. Preference to be given to Candidates who have on hand experience of (a) Implementing CLMS in the professional journey. (b) Should have worked in a site wherein more than 2000 Contract Workers are deployed
