Job Title: Cloud Transformation Manager Key Skills: Cloud Transformation, Delivery Manager, Cloud Migration Experience: 15+Years Location: Greater Noida We at Coforge are looking for Cloud Transformation Manager with following Skill Set We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Professional to lead and support enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive cloud adoption strategies, assess current IT landscapes, define target-state architectures, and oversee migration and modernization programs across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. The role requires strong expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure modernization, automation, security, governance, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Cloud Strategy & Transformation • Define and execute enterprise cloud transformation roadmaps. • Assess existing infrastructure, applications, and operational processes for cloud readiness. • Develop cloud adoption frameworks, governance models, and operating procedures. • Partner with business and technology leaders to align cloud initiatives with organizational goals. • Create business cases, ROI analyses, and transformation strategies. Architecture & Modernization • Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures. • Lead application modernization, cloud-native adoption, and microservices initiatives. • Recommend migration approaches such as Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Retire, or Retain. • Establish landing zones, network architectures, and security frameworks. Migration & Delivery • Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects. • Coordinate infrastructure, application, database, and data migrations. • Manage migration risks, dependencies, and governance. • Drive automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices. Security & Compliance • Ensure cloud solutions adhere to security, regulatory, and compliance requirements. • Implement cloud security best practices, IAM, encryption, and monitoring controls. • Collaborate with security teams to establish cloud governance standards. Stakeholder Management • Engage senior business and technology stakeholders. • Provide transformation updates and executive-level reporting. • Mentor technical teams on cloud adoption and modernization best practices. Required Skills Cloud Platforms • Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Multi-cloud and Hybrid Cloud environments Infrastructure & Networking • Compute, Storage, Virtualization • VPC/VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect • Load Balancers, DNS, CDN Cloud Services • Containers and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE) • Serverless Computing • Cloud Databases and Data Services Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • Relevant cloud certifications preferred: • Azure Solutions Architect Expert • Azure Administrator • AWS Solutions Architect Professional • AWS Advanced Networking • Google Professional Cloud Architect
