**Role Overview** The Cluster Head TASC & Government Business is responsible for leading and scaling the Temporary & Contract Staffing (TASC) and Government Business portfolio across an assigned cluster. The role focuses on revenue growth, client acquisition, operational excellence, compliance, and stakeholder management within government and public sector ecosystems. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive **P&L ownership** for TASC and Government Business across the cluster. - Develop and execute **cluster-level business strategy** aligned with organizational goals. - Acquire and manage **government, PSU, and large institutional clients**. - Oversee **tendering, bidding, and RFP processes**, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements. - Build strong relationships with **government officials, PSUs, and key decision-makers**. - Ensure **end-to-end delivery excellence** including manpower deployment, payroll, compliance, and billing. - Lead, mentor, and scale **sales, operations, and account management teams**. - Monitor KPIs related to revenue, margins, client retention, and compliance. - Ensure adherence to **labor laws, statutory compliances, and audit requirements**. **Location -** Pune,Nashik,Mumbai,Surat,Nagpur,Nagar
