POSITIONDESCRIPTION JOBTITLE ClusterManager Micro Mortgages GRADE SM DEPARTMENT MicroMortgages TYPE OF POSITION Full-time REPORTS TO RegionalSales Manager/ Area Manager - Micro Mortgages REPORTING INTO RelationshipManager, PortfolioManager, CustomerService Officer 1. ROLEPURPOSE OBJECTIVE 1. DrivesMortgage business in their respective Cluster. Is responsible foroverall growth and success of the MLAP business cross sellTPP Liability Products 2. Buildefficient team of Relationship Officers in the Cluster assigned SIZE OF THE ROLE - Costof hiring and placing new Relationship Officers at Branches - OperationalCost of managing the Conveyance and Claims of RelationshipOfficers - Costof procurement marketing collaterals, sales aids - Shallbe expected to manage a portfolio of Rs.15 Cr. Progressively - Managinga single product across the branches of operations - Managinga team size of 5 employees progressively - Managingassets like marketing collaterals, Stationary, Dockets andSystems - Managinghiring and placement of Relationship Officers in requiredBranches KEYDUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Candidateshould be able to deliver budgeted business figures from theCluster of control through placing adequate manpower across activebranches. He/She is also responsible for building a qualityportfolio without compromising on quantum of business **Business/Financials** 1. Daily/Weekly /Monthly monitoring of the accomplishment of targetsaccording to the annual/monthly targets established for the areaand branches under his/her responsibility to provide guidance andsolutions to his/her team as required 2. SupportsLoan Officers- in his/her area in their duties of client visits,risk assessment and recovery strategies 3. Efficientstaffing by timely recruitment training 4. SupportsRelationship Officers- in his/her area in their duties of clientvisits, risk assessment and recovery strategies 5. Shouldbe ready to travel extensively across the cluster of control forbusiness requirements **Customer(Both Internal External)** 1. Ensurethat customers are aware of the Product and services properly 2. Ensurethat customers are explained about the Terms Conditions ofProduct 3. Focuson lower TAT as per laid down standards. **InternalProcess** 1. Monitorhealth of portfolio 2. Ensurecompliance with lending guidelines, quality framework and auditrequirements; ensure speedy resolution of any audit observationsand take necessary steps to prevent recurrence audit and otherregulations. 3. Ensure,supervise the correct implementation of the credit proceduresincluding all the respective tools **InnovationLearning** 1. Ensuregoal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal process within specified timelines for self and reportees 2. Evaluatethe staff competences in terms of promotion, business assessmentand credit risk assessment capacity and propose solutions forimprovement 3. Expectedto be updated with all new improvement innovationshappening in the market and competitors 4. Shouldbe updated with the latest trends in civic and local laws of theterritory of operation MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE SKILLS Educational Qualifications - Graduatein Commerce or relevant subjects - AnMBA or equivalent is an added advantage Experience(Yearsand Core Experience Type) - 5years in sales and documentation of loans of which at least 2years in Housing Loans, home loans or loan against property in anNBFC
