Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities • Manage relationships at all level in hospitals • Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets • Manage the sales process • X Manage FOS recruit, train and motivate the team • Ensure process rigor and controllership • Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partners • Manage the FOS productivity • Reconciliation of dealer payments. Required Qualifications and Experience • X MBA / PGDM or Equivalent with 0-1 years of experience • Good communication interpersonal skills. • X.
