Focused on scale, reliability, and innovation, Shadowfax is building logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and shapes modern customer experiences. **Role Description** The Cluster Manager role is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing daily operations across multiple delivery hubs, ensuring service quality, timely dispatches, and adherence to performance metrics. The Cluster Manager monitors volume trends, optimizes workforce allocation, and drives process improvements in coordination with operations, fleet, and partner management teams. Responsibilities include tracking key operational KPIs, resolving escalations, ensuring compliance with safety and company policies, and implementing best practices in cost and efficiency management. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain high customer satisfaction and support business growth within the assigned cluster. **Qualifications** - Strong operations and logistics management skills, including experience supervising multi-site or cluster-level activities. - Proficiency in data analysis, use of dashboards or MIS tools, and comfort with Excel or similar software for monitoring KPIs and productivity. - People management capabilities, including team leadership, performance management, and stakeholder coordination. - Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and process-optimization skills in fast-paced, high-volume environments. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage partners or vendors. - Prior experience in last-mile delivery, supply chain, e-commerce, or related logistics domains is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage. - Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility for extended hours as needed to meet operational requirements.
