**Role & responsibilities** - **Manage retail sales of construction chemicals, including waterproofing products, through the retail channel.** - **Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business growth.** - **Identify new sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet targets.** - **Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.** **Desired Candidate Profile** • 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (construction chemicals preferred). • Strong understanding of construction chemicals, particularly waterproofing solutions. • Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
