Job Description: Construction Equipment India (PAN India Location) Role Title: Construction Equipment Executive / Engineer (Sales / Service / Operations) Location: Pan India (Multiple locations based on business requirement) Department: Construction Equipment / Heavy Machinery Division Key Responsibilities 1. Equipment Operations & Technical Support • Execute installation, commissioning, and periodic maintenance of construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, graders, cranes, batching plants, or heavy earthmoving machinery. Customer Service & Dealer Coordination • Provide onsite technical support to customers and dealers across India. • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and parts distributors to ensure seamless service operations. Sales & Business Development (If role includes sales) • Drive sales of construction equipment or related aftermarket products including AMCs, O&M services, and spare parts. Documentation & Compliance • Maintain accurate documentation such as delivery challans, GRN/GRIR, service reports, and inspection records. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of construction equipment systems: hydraulics, engines, transmission, electricals, welding, machining, or CAD modeling (preferred for engineering roles). Qualifications • Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering (preferred). • 1–8+ years of experience depending on the level (Sales Engineer, Service Engineer, Site Incharge, Plant & Machinery Engineer).
