Job Role – Construction Manager • Lead and coordinate site-level construction activities for high-rise residential projects, ensuring timely, safe and quality execution within approved budgets and project schedules. • Coordinate with the Project Head and cross-functional teams including Planning, Formwork, Reinforcement, MEP, Finishing, Stores, Quality and EHS for smooth project execution. • Plan, monitor and drive daily construction activities in line with project milestones, floor cycles, resource plans and productivity targets. • Hands-on experience in Mivan/Aluform construction methodology is required, with good understanding of formwork cycles, reinforcement, concreting and associated execution activities. • Supervise subcontractors, engineers, supervisors and workmen to ensure adherence to quality, safety, productivity and project requirements. • Monitor progress against planned targets, identify delays and constraints, and take proactive corrective actions to maintain project schedules. • Ensure proper coordination and sequencing of structural, MEP and finishing activities to minimize clashes, delays and rework. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, EHS standards and statutory requirements. • Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspections, approvals, technical issues and resolution of site-level constraints. • Support the Project Head in MIS, DPRs, progress reviews, client updates and management reporting. • Monitor material requirements, reconciliation, manpower and equipment utilization to ensure effective resource deployment and cost optimization. • Drive implementation of digital tools, reporting systems, process improvements and best practices at site. • Ensure proper maintenance of site documentation, logs, inspection records, material records and other project-related documents. • Identify opportunities for productivity improvement, cost optimization and reduction of wastage/rework while maintaining quality and safety standards.
