We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Paediatric Intensivist to join our team at Aster DM Healthcare Limited in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric intensive care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Roles and Responsibility • Provide high-quality, individualized care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents in the ICU setting. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and medical histories. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress. Job Requirements • MD or DNB degree in Paediatrics with specialized training in Paediatric Intensive Care. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Possess strong knowledge of paediatric medicine, critical care, and emergency management. • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure. • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
