Key Responsibilities Product Data & Catalog Management • Maintain and optimize automotive application and product content data across multiple systems. • Manage vehicle application data, product attributes, and catalog content. • Ensure catalog data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Support content maintenance activities for automotive aftermarket products. OEM Research & Data Analysis • Analyze OEM vehicle and part research data to identify content gaps and opportunities. • Validate technical product information using multiple data sources. • Perform root cause analysis for data inconsistencies and application issues. • Extract meaningful insights from large datasets and generate actionable reports. Database & Content Management • Update databases with content change requests and engineering modifications. • Maintain data integrity across catalog management systems. • Utilize MS Excel, MS Access, and related tools for data management and reporting. • Audit content files and verify compliance with customer specifications. Content Quality & Standards • Ensure consistency in product content, application data, and catalog formats. • Maintain compliance with automotive industry standards and customer requirements. • Develop and execute data validation and quality assurance processes. • Support documentation and governance activities related to product content. Customer & Project Support • Deliver catalog and e-data projects within defined timelines and quality standards. • Prepare and deliver content files to customers, distributors, and e-catalog receivers. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve content-related issues. • Support customer initiatives, product launches, and business projects. Continuous Improvement • Drive process improvements in catalog and content management activities. • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency. • Recommend best practices for data governance and content standardization.
