Key Highlights • Selection and Procurement: • Extensive experience in the selection and procurement of instrumentation components, including process transmitters,switches,analyzer,control valves, Pneumatic valves, safety valves, Technical Bid Evaluation, Technical query reports, control valve sizing calculations. • Ability to evaluate vendor proposals and select appropriate instruments based on technical specifications and project requirements. • Technical Specifications and Documentation: • Proficient in preparing comprehensive technical specifications for control and instrumentation (C&I) and electrical components. • Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed documentation, including: • Instrument Data Sheets: Detailed specifications for each instrument, including technical characteristics and performance criteria. • Instrument Index: A comprehensive list of all instruments used in the project, with relevant details. • Loop Diagrams: Schematics showing the connections and interactions between instruments and control systems. • Wiring Diagrams: Detailed drawings showing the wiring and interconnections of control and instrumentation components. • Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs): Detailed diagrams showing the integration of instruments with process piping and equipment. • I/O Lists: Comprehensive lists of input/output points for control systems. • Control Narratives: Descriptive documents explaining the control strategies and sequences of operation. • Bill of Materials (BOM): Detailed lists of all components and materials required for the control and instrumentation systems. • Supplier Document Verification and Inspection: • Skilled in verifying supplier documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. • Conducting thorough inspections at supplier facilities to ensure the quality and performance of supplied components. • Reviewing and approving supplier documentation, such as: • Vendor Datasheets and Manuals: Verification of technical data and operational manuals provided by suppliers. • Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)/Site Acceptance Test Reports: Ensuring that the equipment meets performance criteria before shipment. • Customer and Site Support: • Adept at handling customer queries and providing technical support to resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems. • Experienced in addressing and resolving site issues, ensuring the smooth implementation and operation of control systems. • Conducting site visits and inspections to verify proper installation and operation of instrumentation and control systems.
