About the Job We are seeking an experienced EMI/EMC Lab Expert & Lab In-Charge to manage and operate the EMI/EMC testing laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for conducting compliance testing, ensuring lab readiness as per international standards, maintaining equipment, and leading certification activities. The role requires strong technical expertise in electromagnetic compatibility testing and hands-on experience with EMI/EMI standards. Responsibilities - 6–12 years of hands-on experience in EMI/EMC testing and lab operations.Experience working with semi-anechoic chambers and EMC test setups. & Knowledge of **IEC 61000** standards. - Strong knowledge of international regulatory standards (**CISPR, IEC, ISO, CE**, etc.). - Practical Knowledge of EMI/EMC Compliance & Reliability test & Hand-on experience with EMI/EMC tools (**Spectrum analyzer, Antenna, Surge generator & LISN**). - Good Analytical/Troubleshooting skill, Must Familiar with **Six sigma**. Good understanding of DFMEA / DRBFM techniques . - Overall responsibility for EMI/EMC lab operations and maintenance. - Ensure calibration and upkeep of lab equipment (**spectrum analyzers, LISN, antennas, amplifiers, chambers**, etc.).Familiarity with calibration processes, certification and accreditation requirements (**ISO 17025** preferred). - Maintain lab documentation as per **ISO 17025** .Ensure safety compliance and proper**5S** of the lab. - Plan and manage lab schedules, testing timelines, and resource allocation. - Have understanding of Internal & External Audits as per **NABL – ISO/IEC 17025:2017** Requirements - 7–12 years of hands-on experience in EMI/EMC testing and lab operations.Experience working with semi-anechoic chambers and EMC test setups. & Knowledge of **IEC 61000** standards. - B.
