Job description

Manage end-to-end execution of projects by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while aligning creative outputs with brand. Coordinate closely with eLearning designers, Graphic designers, copywriters, PPT designers & client stakeholders across different regions/markets to ensure smooth workflow through design, development, and final delivery. Allocating resources effectively, managing team capacity to ensure on time delivery. Oversee production quality to meet design standards, instructional accuracy, and brand guidelines. Central point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication and feedback/approvals. Ensure adherence to established processes such as eLearning frameworks, brand & regional standards. Identifies risks & implement mitigation strategies. Ensure proper documentation, maintain control over timelines and quality. Good understanding of both creative design and eLearning fundamentals. Tracking and reporting key performance indicators like delivery timeliness, quality, resource utilization. Maintain documentation such as project plans, scope documents, learning/observations & change records. Regular reporting through dashboards and status updates. Standardize processes, and enhance overall project execution efficiency. Technical Skills - Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, etc. - 5+ years of work experience in Operations/ Client Engagement/ Knowledge Management/ KPI governance - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starter - Leadership Skills; main focus on the quality of service delivery and customer obsession - Experienced in managing large size (15+) multi-site /Multi-skilled teams - Strong skills in reporting and presentation of key business information - Experience working on different workflow platforms like: WorkFront, ASANA, Jira, Wrike etc. - Basic knowledge of Adobe creative tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & eLearning framework
