Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Proactively source new customers for Gold Loan business through field activities, referrals, market visits, and local marketing initiatives - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth and repeat business - Process Gold Loan applications accurately and ensure timely disbursement of loans - Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and policies clearly to customers - Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution to ensure a positive customer experience - Achieve assigned business and sales targets on a monthly basis - Maintain proper documentation and records related to customer transactions and gold valuation - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer servicing **Eligibility Criteria** - Minimum 12th Pass - Prior experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking sales will be preferred - Basic knowledge of gold valuation and financial products preferred - Willingness to travel locally for business sourcing activities
