Key Responsibilities • Proactively source new customers for Gold Loan business through field activities, referrals, market visits, and local marketing initiatives • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth and repeat business • Process Gold Loan applications accurately and ensure timely disbursement of loans • Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and policies clearly to customers • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution to ensure a positive customer experience • Achieve assigned business and sales targets on a monthly basis • Maintain proper documentation and records related to customer transactions and gold valuation • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer servicing Eligibility Criteria • Minimum 12th Pass • Prior experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking sales will be preferred • Basic knowledge of gold valuation and financial products preferred • Willingness to travel locally for business sourcing activities
