- Customer Handling - Attend to customer queries (walk?in / calls / emails) - Provide information on: - Policy details - Premium payments - Claims process - Policy benefits - Policy Servicing - Handle requests like: - Address / contact updates - Nominee changes - Policy revival - Fund switch / withdrawal (ULIP cases) - Claims & Documentation - Guide customers on claim submission process - Verify and collect required documents - Coordinate with backend/claims team for closure
