**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls. - Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' concerns, and offering timely resolutions. - Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. **Job Requirements :** - 0-6 years of experience in BPO or call center environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly. - Proficiency in voice processing technology and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
