For instant reply please share your resume @ 9667994002 - HR Himanshi , or email - Himanshimoghey@paisabazaar.com Role & responsibilities • Responding to customer inquiries related to mutual funds , investments via phone. • Providing exceptional support and resolving issues. • Maintaining a positive customer experience What You'll Do • Build, own, and manage relationships with investors looking to invest in Grips investment products • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to increase investment activity on the platform • Drive AUM on the platform by deepening existing relationships and building new relationships by establishing HNI, advisory and institutional channels. • Help investors take investment decisions by understanding risk appetent of the investors • Be the Face of the company for the investors, and the Voice of the investors for the company. Preferred candidate profile 1) Should be able to converse in English efficiently 2) A bachelor's degree. 3) Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. 4) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
