The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. **Responsibilities** - Handle customer inquiries through chat/call. - Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound chat/call with excellent communication. - Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered. - Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability **Qualifications** - Only Immediate joiners. - Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. - Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs. - Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy. - Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
