**Direct Walk-in - Kannada Voice process (Customer Support)** Job description Role: Voice Process Designation: Executive & Senior Executive Languages Known: English, Kannada Interview Venue: .Vetrivel towers, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore - 641043 Work Location: Coimbatore Qualification: Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered) Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable. Desired Candidate Profile: - Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication. - Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered. - Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). - Only Immediate joiners. - Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. - Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs. - Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy. - Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
