Location: GGN/MUM/BGL(Hybrid) Responsibilities: • Act as a techno-functional subject matter expert to map the client’s document journeys to a digital workflow, ensuring a seamless setup of Leegality’s Document Infrastructure. • Own the technical onboarding process for clients, managing timelines and drive go-live with the shortest possible Time-to-Value (TTV). • Engage with clients to identify usage gaps and recommend best practices or advanced features to increase product adoption and stickiness. • Use data and proactively identify risks and provide recommendations to ensure long-term success. • Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and influence the roadmap based on implementation hurdles. • Train client stakeholders to use the platform independently while maintaining the relationship to support future renewals and account growth. Requirements: • Graduate/Post-graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on empathy and proactive problem-solving. • Understanding of SaaS would be preferred. • Understanding of BFSI would be preferred. • Basic understanding of APIs would be preferred • Good in MS Excel, Word and Power-point. • Key behavioural traits: Agility, Analytical, Pleasantly Persistent. • Fluency in English is a must. • Fluency in Hindi is preferable Recruitment Process: • Our hiring process combines AI-powered evaluations with structured interviews to ensure a fair and seamless experience. • You will be contacted via email with the next steps upon being shortlisted. • The process may include Assessments, AI-enabled interviews, and In-Person Interviews with our team. • Final selection and CTC will be based on your overall performance and experience.
